Keith A. Heier, M.D.
Dr. Heier is certified
by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. In addition
to surgery of the foot and ankle, Dr. Heier practices Sports
Medicine and is the team physician for Hebron High School.
After obtaining his undergraduate education at University
of Pennsylvania, Dr. Heier attended medical school at the
University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed
his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Baylor College
of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and followed this with a
fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic
Institute under the guidance of Dr. Roy Sanders and Dr.
Art Walling.
Dr. Heier's
fellowship included extensive training in lower extremity
trauma and acute and chronic problems of the foot and ankle. |

Dr. Heier has extensive experience with ankle replacements
and is one of a few surgeons across the country that serve as a clinical
instructor for the Agility ankle. He has published multiple scientific
articles and is on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Orthopaedic
trauma.
Dr. Heier was raised in Miami, Florida and has been
practicing medicine in Dallas since 1999. He is married with two
daughters.
